A long time ago there was a boy called Patrick who was living with his Mummy and Daddy in England. One day some pirates came and stole Patrick away and took him in their boat to ireland where they made him work hard in the fields looking after sheep. Patrick was sad and lonely. He missed his Mum and Dad and he wanted to go home. He remembered that his Mummy had always told him to pray when he needed help and God would answer his prayers and help him. So he started to pray every day. One night Patrick had a dream about a boat and when he woke up he knew he had to get to the sea and find a boat to go back home. So that is what he did.
